Missing Persons

The child was abducted by her non-custodial mother, Marisela Meraz, in Dinuba California. A felony warrant was issued for the abductor on July 26, 2001. They may still be in California. Samantha has a light colored birthmark between her eyebrows. The abductor dyes her hair brown. She may use the alias last name Velasco.
